Your Role:

We are looking for a Lead for Key Account to oversee the overall operation, video content and quality management of the creators.

Your Experience: 

• Strong in operational planning and quality management on video content and live streaming.

• Experience in managing live host & content creator/KOL/Influencer.

• Pre-live briefing and overall live segment support and arrangement to ensure smooth live streaming and compliance with relevant regulations. 

• Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy to drive account performance (content, traffic etc).

• Coach and provide training for live host on any new tools and features in platform to drive engagement and sales traffic.

• Generate daily and weekly analysis to monitor live host performance and opportunity for improvement.

• Ensure all live host KPIs are on track and met by providing necessary support and growth plan.

Your Requirement:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee / Go Shop / Wow Shop), or with a brand or distributor.

• Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.

• High sense of responsibility, independent, able to multitask, meeting deadlines and to provide clear guidance to Intern/Junior/Staff level.
